CREDIT SOLUTIONS

The Buyer Client is required to go through a "Self-Help" credit program.  This program is designed to help someone resolve credit issues that is preventing them from obtaining a home loan. 

A Loan consultant meets with Buyer Clients and presents a Personalized Program for them to follow.  A periodic meeting will be scheduled to monitor the progress and keep the Client on track.  This ensures that the Buyer Client will be able to obtain a mortgage loan by the end of the contract period.

Obtains Client Buyers through an extensive marketing campaign.  Each Client is screened and pre-qualified through a 25 step process to ensure that they can obtain financing at the end of the lease period.  Credit issues can be resolved and the income will enable the client to obtain a mortgage within the 12 month lease period.  Background checks are performed, verification of employment and rental history are also obtained.

We take great precautions to ensure that our Investors have Qualified Buyers that are occupying their Investment Properties.
